How much does laser engraving cost?+
Pricing depends on material, size and how much engraving is involved. A single engraved tumbler typically runs less than a custom hardwood sign with detailed artwork. Send what you have in mind and you'll get a firm number back — quotes are free and there's no minimum order.
How long does an order take?+
Most jobs are finished within five business days of proof approval. Small single items are often same-week. Large bulk runs and anything needing new artwork take a little longer, and you'll be told up front if a deadline is tight.
What file format should I send?+
Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal because they engrave cleanest. A high-resolution PNG or JPG works too. If all you have is a low-quality logo or a photo of a business card, send it anyway — redrawing it as a vector is included in the quote.
Can you engrave something I already own?+
Usually, yes. Customer-supplied knives, flasks, firearms cases, tools, glassware and heirloom pieces are welcome as long as the material is safe to laser. Some plastics and coatings can't be engraved safely, so check first before dropping anything off.
Do you ship outside Phoenix?+
Yes. Local pickup is available throughout the Phoenix metro, and finished work ships anywhere in the United States. Shipping is quoted at cost with your order.
What materials can be laser engraved?
Hardwoods and plywood, powder-coated and anodized metals, stainless steel, aluminum, acrylic, leather, glass, slate and coated tumblers all engrave well. Bare shiny metals and certain plastics need different settings or aren't suitable — ask and you'll get a straight answer.
