About FNS Services
I'm Steve, and FNS Services is a one-person handyman operation based in Phoenix. I've spent [X years] working on homes across the Valley — everything from a Saturday-morning faucet fix to a full weekend of flooring work — and I handle every job myself, so the person who quotes it is the person who shows up to do it.
Most calls fall into two buckets: the small repairs that have been on your list too long, and light remodel work — a kitchen or bath refresh, a new floor — that's too big for a weekend but doesn't need a full contractor crew. I keep quotes straightforward and won't sell you work you don't need.

How much does a job typically cost?+
Pricing depends on the job. [For small repairs I charge an hourly rate of $__, with a $__ minimum call-out. / For small repairs I quote a flat fee once I know what's involved.] For light remodel work — a bathroom refresh, new flooring — I give you a project quote before anything starts, so there's no surprise on the invoice. Tell me what you're working with and you'll get a straight number back, usually the same or next business day.
Are you licensed and insured?+
FNS Services LLC is licensed and insured in Arizona — license #_______. Certificates of insurance are available on request. [Steve — confirm this is accurate, or edit if not yet licensed; this is one of the first things homeowners check before booking.]
How soon can you start?+
Scheduling depends on the season, but most jobs are booked within [a week / two weeks] of the first call. If something's urgent — a leak, a broken lock — say so when you reach out and I'll try to work you in sooner.
Do you handle permits for remodel work?+
[Choose one: Most of what I take on — kitchen and bath updates, flooring, repairs — doesn't require a permit. / For work that needs a permit, I pull it myself before starting. / For anything that needs a permit, I work alongside a licensed contractor who pulls it.] If you're not sure whether your project needs one, ask when you call and I'll tell you straight.
